【仕事内容】

特別養護老人ホームで、利用者さまの生活支援を行います

<主な業務>

食事介助(配膳・見守りが中心)

入浴介助(2人体制で安全に配慮)

排泄介助(無理のないペースで対応)

生活支援(移動の付き添い・見守りなど)

重度介助が必要な場面も、複数名での対応が基本です。

ひとりで抱え込む働き方は絶対にさせません

【日勤】08:30~17:30

【夜勤】17:00~翌09:00

夜勤も無理のない流れで進められるよう、

引き継ぎ・サポート体制が整っています。
