神戸大学のカフェテリアで働くスタッフさんは、

40代・50代の主婦(夫)さんが中心。

「家にこもりがちだったけど、ここに来るのが楽しみになった」

最初は盛付・洗い場からゆっくりスタート。

慣れてきたら少しずつ簡単な調理もお教えします。

・盛付/提供

・洗い場(食洗機メイン)

・簡単な調理(茹でる・温めるなど)

・レジ(タッチパネルで簡単)

特別な技術はいりません。

「毎日の料理で慣れているから余裕」

「覚えやすい」という声が多いです。

家事スキルがそのまま活かせるので、

ブランクがあっても安心。

学食は時間帯ごとにやることが決まっていて、

一定のリズムで進むのが特徴。

09:30~14:00

週3日~、1日4時間程度の勤務

柔軟なシフトで働きやすさ抜群

・有給休暇あり(パートさんも有休取得率100%)

交通費規定支給(1日1040円まで)

  • 完全平日のみの勤務

基本給:時給 1140円 〜
