仕事内容


未経験から手に職と安定を―。

今回お任せするのは、

商業施設やオフィスビルなどで

床材に使われるデッキの溶接や、

耐震用スタッド溶接などの現場作業です。

「デッキ?スタッド?」

と、

聞き慣れない方もご安心ください。

建設現場での基礎工事にあたる部分で、

専門知識や経験がなくても

始められる仕事です。

入社後は、現場同行から―。

入社後は、まず先輩の現場に同行し、

マンツーマンで丁寧に指導します。

「背中を見て覚えろ」ではなく、

分からないことは何でも

その場で質問できる環境です。

和やかな先輩たちが、

未経験から始めた方も、

早ければ3ヶ月ほどで独り立ち。

1~2年で指導者(職長)へ
