Enterprise Account Executive in Japan

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our APAC Sales team in Japan. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in enterprise software sales, with a strong focus on building and managing customer relationships at the highest levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop opportunities and sales accounts across the Japan region
  • Identify and qualify high-value opportunities for Mendix, in conjunction with channels partners
  • Build relationships and establish communications at executive levels to understand customer needs and priorities
  • Articulate the differentiated value of Mendix to customers at technical and business levels
  • Understand customer buying processes and identify approvers, decision makers, and influencers
  • Take a core role in closing processes, including negotiations and procurement activities

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding annual quota and performance targets
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage customer executive relationships at the highest levels
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies
  • Strong orientation to team communication and collaboration
  • Thorough knowledge of Salesforce to maintain accurate pipeline
  • High energy and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent

Estimated Salary: ¥15,000,000 - ¥20,000,000 per year
