【お仕事内容】

空調・換気・給排水などの

建物の"設備工事"における

管理業務をお任せします。

主な業務

・施工図面の確認

・工事の工程管理

・現場の安全・品質管理

・職人さんへの作業指示

・写真撮影や記録作成

現場スタッフの1日の流れ

9:00 現場で朝礼

9:30 図面確認と作業内容の確認

10:30 写真撮影と書類への記入

12:00 昼休憩(60分)

13:00 業者と作業に関する打合せ

15:00 現場の安全確認・進捗確認

16:30 日報などの事務作業

17:45 退勤準備後、現場を退出

18:00 帰社後、定時退社

※月残業平均20h以内。19時にはほぼ全員退社
