当社では、製造業向けPLM(Product Lifecycle Management)導入・運用プロジェクトをリードするバイリンガル PLM オンサイト プロジェクトマネージャーを募集しています。本ポジションは、東京を拠点に、顧客先常駐またはハイブリッド環境で、グローバルチームおよび国内顧客との橋渡し役を担い、PLMプロジェクトを計画・実行・完遂まで主導していただきます。

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual PLM Engineer with strong proficiency in Japanese and English to support product lifecycle management initiatives across global engineering and manufacturing teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PLM systems (Teamcenter preferred) and the ability to effectively collaborate with Japan-based stakeholders, translating both language and technical requirements seamlessly.

[業務内容]Responsibilities

• PLM導入/展開/アップグレードプロジェクトの全体管理(スコープ、スケジュール、コスト、品質、リスク)
• 顧客(日本国内)との要件定義、課題整理、進捗報告、調整業務
• グローバル(海外)開発・コンサルティングチームとの連携・コミュニケーション
• プロジェクト計画書、進捗報告書、課題管理表などの作成・管理
• ステークホルダー(IT、設計、製造、品質、経営層等)との調整
• PLMシステム(主にTeamcenter)に関する業務理解と推進
• ベンダー/パートナー管理
• ユーザートレーニング、UAT支援
• プロジェクト完了後のレビューおよび改善提案
• PLM Implementation & Support
• Configure and maintain PLM solutions (preferably Siemens Teamcenter or similar systems)
• Support end-to-end PLM processes including EBOM/MBOM management, change management, document control, and workflow automation
• Troubleshoot PLM issues, coordinate with IT/Engineering teams and Offshore team on resolutions, and ensure smooth system operations
• Act as a bridge between Japanese-speaking teams and English-speaking counterparts at offshore
• Translate technical requirements, design specifications, and system issues between Japanese and English (verbal & written)
• Support Japan-based engineering teams during reviews, workshops, and solution design sessions
• Provide training and documentation in both Japanese and English

■必須要件■Must Have

• PLMまたはエンタープライズIT領域でのプロジェクトマネジメント経験(3年以上)
• 顧客折衝・ステークホルダーマネジメントの経験
• オンサイト(顧客先)での業務経験、またはそれに抵抗がない方
• プロジェクト管理手法(WBS、進捗・課題・リスク管理)の実務経験
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• 4–6 years of experience in PLM engineering, implementation, or support.
• Hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault Enovia, PTC Windchill, or similar PLM systems.
• Adaptable, proactive, and capable of working independently.

• 英語:ビジネスレベル(会議・メール・ドキュメント対応が可能)
• Japanese - Native Level or Strong proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2/N1 preferred).
• English – Business Level (both enable verbal and written).
