仕事内容:

■ゆとりある職員配置

基準以上の余剰配置で、一人に負担が偏らない保育をするために募集しています。

子どもたちが安心して過ごせる保育園作りを一緒にして頂きます。

■今回の募集は、保育補助のポジションです。

子どもたちの生活や遊びのサポートに専念できる環境です。

【お仕事内容】

・0~2歳児(定員19名)午後から過ごしている子どもたちの見守り保育

・食事・着替え・おむつ交換・トイレトレーニングなどの生活援助

・保育活動(リトミック・お散歩・製作など)のサポート

・環境整備(清掃・消毒・備品整理など)

「子どもと関わる仕事をしたい」

「子どもたちのサポート役として関わりたい」

  • チームで分担しているため、無理なく勤務できます

■園で完備する物品

おむつ・食事エプロン・口拭きタオルなどは園で一括管理。

保護者への補充依頼や持ち物確認の負担はありません。

求める人材:

学歴不問 / 未経験OK

保育士資格をお持ちの方

*土日祝だけ働きたいなどのダブルワークも応援します

勤務時間・曜日:

■働き方

13:00~19:00内の6時間での勤務

15:00~19:00など夕方の固定勤務が可能です。

勤務例は上記ですが

「朝一だけ入りたい」「夕方だけ入りたい」「土日祝だけ働きたい」
