当社のデジタル開部にて推進をしているDX化の案件に参画していただき、要求整理、要件定義、またシステム設計から、実装、テスト、運用までの開発サイクルを推進頂きます。
主には設計、実装を牽引頂く予定です。また、自らが作業するだけではなく、他メンバーの作業を支援いただく事を期待しております。
【具体的には…】
■参画案件(※)の新規機能・既存機能の改善において、上流工程の担当と連携し、各種設計~実装~引き渡しまでの実施
■一部開発作業を社外に業務委託しているため、作業全体の牽引も担当

・学歴:高専卒以上
いずれか2つ以上該当する方
■Webアプリケーション(サーバーサイド)の開発経験(PHP,Rubyなど)
■インフラ構築・運用経験(AWS)
■リレーショナルデータベースの設計経験
■求めるマインド【必須】
