保険といっても覚える範囲は僅かなので安心してください。

『営業職でチャレンジしたい』『稼ぎたい』『認められたい』その気持ちさえあれば学歴問わず、フリーターの方、営業未経験の方でも素晴らしい活躍をされている方がたくさんいます

未経験で始めた方でも、1年後の給与は1.5倍になっています

飛び込み営業・縁故販売は一切なし

毎日研修があり、業界未経験でも安心してスタートできます。

やることは下記①~③だけ、業務もシンプルで分かりやすい

①電話で保険パンフレットの送付

②後日パンフレット到着後、電話で内容説明しアポイント取得

③お客様宅に訪問し、書類の記入を頂き契約締結。

【1日の流れ】

▼11:00 社内業務 資料送付、アポイント取得、訪問等を行います。

▼18:00~勤務終了 1日の振り返りをして勤務終了です。

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務時間:9:00~18:00

所定労働時間:8時間、休憩1時間

夜間勤務:なし

1時間半毎に小休憩あり

休憩時間:休憩1時間、1時間半毎に小休憩あり

休暇・休日:

日,有給,夏季,年末,慶弔 この職場では、年間休日は106日で、日曜日は全休です。日曜日以外の休みは、希望に応じて毎月4日程度取得可能ですが、具体的な日数は会社の指定によって異なります。また、年末年始やゴールデンウィーク、夏季休暇、慶弔休暇、産前産後休暇、育児・介護休暇も用意されており、有給休暇は勤続年数に応じて最大20日取得可能です。
