・単年度予算や中期事業計画の取りまとめ
・PL予算やKPI予算等の計数管理
・データ管理体制の構築
・IPOを含むプロジェクト管理と実行
・投資家対応(資料作成、面談同席など)

In this role as a leader in the business planning area, you will be responsible for various projects, including the development of medium-term business plans, numerical management, and IPO-related initiatives. In recent times, we have experienced rapid expansion alongside the excitement of web inbound, and we are continuously releasing new products. As we move towards a stock market listing, you will have the opportunity to influence our business direction with your own ideas and provide value to users around the world. Specific Responsibilities:
  • Compilation of annual budgets and medium-term business plans
  • Management of financial data, including PL budgets and KPI budgets
  • Establishment of data management systems
  • Project management and execution, including IPO
  • Interaction with investors (preparing documents, attending meetings, etc.)

Conditions / Benefits

Employment type: Full time

Location: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Japan

• Remote work (from your home)
  • Primarily remote work with encouragement to come to the office 1-2 days per week.

Annual Salary: 5,500,000 - 7,500,000 JPY

• Based on experience, ability, and previous work experience
• Monthly: 458, ,000 JPY
• Including up to 40 hours of assumed overtime.
• Pay raise opportunity twice a year

Hours: 10:00 - 19:00

• Flextime with a Core Time(11:00 - 16:00)
• Two days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays)
• National holidays
• Year-end and New Year holidays (usually from December 30 to January 3)
• Celebration or condolence leave

Probation: 3 months (no change in treatment or conditions during the probationary period)
