Description
The Home Life Direct Division operates daily necessities direct sales services, such as Rakuten24, on Japan's largest online shopping mall, Rakuten Market. Through collaboration with national manufacturers, we aim to maximize sales and profits in the daily necessities field.
As a key member of our operations group, you will ensure stable business operations by managing ordering, coordinating delivery dates, and setting up systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demand forecast and planning
- Order management and product delivery
- Product inventory management and system setup
- Leadership and team management
- Report creation and departmental coordination
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Over 3 years of working experience
- Negotiation and communication skills
- Work experience in the retail industry and SCM knowledge
Desired Qualifications:
- Strong logical thinking and analytical skills
- Practical experience in quantitative analysis
Additional Requirements:
- Rakuten Crimson House location
- TOEIC Score exceeding 800 or University Degree earned in an English-speaking country
Language: English (Advanced)
