●正社員:経理スタッフ

≪仕事内容≫

・請求書、各種書類の発行、手配・会計入力

・支払業務、支払申請取りまとめ・年末調整等

・環境整備、電話対応、PC操作・来客対応・お茶出し 等

*他部署のお仕事も行って頂く場合がございます。

※未経験からスタートの方も活躍中です担当の者が一からお教えします。

※学校法人の東京本部でのオフィスワークでの勤務のため、学生との関りはございません。

※定時退社の職場のため、ライフワークバランスもしっかりとれます

※同部署では 育休・産休の実績もあります。

※入社後、グループの人材事業の研修あり。

グループ内で、学校法人を5つ、専門学校を6つ、高等専修学校を2つ運営しています。管理本部に在籍していただき、グループ法人の経理を対応していただきます。

原則定時退社のため、勤務時間内で生産性を求めて業務に取り組める方を歓迎します。

PCでの業務が多いので、PC操作に苦手意識がない方が活躍できる部署です。

求める人材:

・年齢:59歳以下(定年が60歳のため)

・学歴:短大、専門学校卒以上

・簿記3級以上、尚良し

・事務職の経験がある方(PC業務が問題なくできる方、Excel関数を使える方)

・「明るく元気にさわやかに」をテーマにお仕事に取り組める方

勤務時間・曜日:

・勤務曜日:月・火・水・木・金(祝日除く)

・勤務時間:9:00~18:00(休憩1時間)

※子育て世代やブランクがある方など、家庭と仕事を両立したい方も歓迎します。

時短勤務も相談可能。(時短勤務の場合は、1日5時間以上必須、契約社員での雇用。)

例:9:00~16:00(休憩1時間)、10:00~17:30(休憩1時間)等、一人ひとりの状況により勤務時間を決定しています。

休暇・休日:

・休日:完全週休2日制(土日)祝日、その他(GW休暇、夏季休暇、年末年始休暇 等)

・年次有給休暇:10日

給与:

給与は勤務手当20,000円~70,000円(10時間~40時間相当の時間外労働を含む)を含む。

待遇・福利厚生:

・昇給:年1回(4月)

・賞与:年2回(6月・12月)

・手当:・交通費支給(月3万円まで)

・各種社会保険完備(私学共済)

※時短勤務の契約社員の場合は、昇給・賞与なし。
