仕事内容:

当社は、人気クリエイターとのコラボレーションやオリジナルキャラクターのIP化を通じて、総合エンタメ分野で急成長を遂げているグローバルスタートアップです。IP(知的財産)から、アニメ、漫画、ゲーム、グッズなど多角的なメディアミックスで世界中の人々の心を動かすことを目指しています。ビジョンである「世界をもっとビビッドに」を実現すべく、事業拡大のための新規アライアンスや海外展開を強化しています。

・大型の資金調達を完了し、事業の多角化とグローバル展開を本格化

・数年後のIPOも視野に入れ、日々新しいプロジェクトを創出中

IPホルダー(出版社、アニメ制作会社など)が抱える課題やニーズを深く理解し、そのIPの価値を最大化するためのプロモーション戦略を企画・提案するソリューション営業です。

「このIPのファン層を拡大したい」「周年記念を盛り上げたい」といったクライアントの想いを起点に、大規模イベント、限定グッズ、デジタルキャンペーンなどを組み合わせた、既成概念に囚われない企画を立案。社内のプランナーやデザイナーとチームを組み、クライアントを熱狂させる提案で、プロジェクトの実現までを力強くリードしていただきます。

当社が保有・提携するIP(キャラクター、作品など)の価値を最大化するため、ライセンスアウトに関するセールス業務と、商品化を実現するためのプロジェクトマネジメント業務の両方を担っていただきます。

《具体的な業務内容》

1,企画営業

・プロモーション戦略の企画立案(イベント、グッズ、キャンペーン等)企画書作成、クライアントへのプレゼンテーション

・玩具メーカー、アパレル、食品、小売など、幅広い業界の企業に対するライセンスアウトの企画提案および開拓。

・既存ライセンシー(パートナー企業)との関係構築、アップセル・クロスセルの提案。

2,プロジェクトマネジメント(PM)

・受注後のプロジェクト全体の進行管理、ディレクション

・社内外のステークホルダー(デザイナー、クリエイター、製造工場、広告代理店など)との折衝・調整。

・クリエイティブの品質管理や開発・製造スケジュールおよび予算の管理。

※企画営業又はPMどちらかのみからの開始ももちろん可能です。

【必須経験】

※以下いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方

・アニメ・ゲーム・キャラクター業界での法人営業またはビジネス開発経験

・IP・キャラクター・エンタメ領域におけるプロジェクトマネジメント/進行管理の実務経験(商品化、広告販促キャンペーン、イベント等の企画〜実現までのご経験を想定)

【歓迎する経験】

・新規事業開発やアライアンスの実務経験

・ライセンサー(版権元)側での実務経験

・スタートアップやベンチャー企業での業務経験

・事業計画に基づいた提案書の作成、および収益シミュレーションの経験

勤務時間・曜日:

月40~100時間程度の稼働を想定(それ以上も歓迎、相談可)
