【仕事内容】
顧客のビジネス課題やシステム開発の問題を解決するリーダーとして、生成AI 技術と
Microsoft Power Platform サービスなどを組み合わせて最適なソリューションを提供します。
リードエンジニアとして、プロジェクトの獲得および全体管理を担当します。プロジェクト
の全フェーズでステークホルダーとの効果的なコミュニケーションを促進し、プロジェクト
目標を達成し、顧客満足度を向上させることの出来る人材を急募。
【具体的には】
■生成AI やMicrosoft Copilot、Microsoft 365、およびPower Platform 、その他のサービスなどのツールを活用して、顧客の課題に効果的に対処するプロジェクトを推進(具体的には以下の通り)
・ 生成AI、Power Platform 導入支援(提案、要件ヒアリング、開発、テスト、運用保守等)
・プロトタイプ開発(PoC、スモールスタート支援など)
・Power Apps を活用した業務アプリ開発
・Power Automate を活用した業務プロセスの自動化
・Azure OpenAIなどのLLMを活用したRAG 構築
・運用、保守(技術相談、QA 対応含む)
・内部および外部のステークホルダーとの効果的なコミュニケーションを促進し、プ
ロジェクトの円滑な進行を確保します。
【求める人材】
※Salesforce経験マスト
【必須】
・ Python、Java、Javascript 、HTML、CSS を使用したデスクトップアプリ開発経験1 年以上
・マネジメント経験
・ AgentforceでのAPIを含む開発経験3年以上
【歓迎】
・Java、PHP、Python、Javascript、AWS、Azereの使用経験
・生成AI およびMicrosoft Power Platform の知識、経験があること
・ 英語の読み書きおよび会話に抵抗がないこと
・ 技術専門家チームのリーダーとしての経験または意欲があること
・コミュニケーションが円滑に行える方
【給与】
年収800~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
