仕事内容:

建築プロジェクトの進行を、

事務スキル×現場サポートで支えるポジションです。

書類作成やデータ入力などの事務業務を中心に、

現場での写真撮影や進捗確認などにも携わり、

プロジェクト全体の流れを実務を通して学べます。

単なる事務作業ではなく、

「スケジュール管理」「状況把握」「関係者との調整」など、

どの業界でも通用するビジネススキルが身につく環境。

未経験からスタートした社員も多く、

入社後は基礎研修から段階的にスタート。

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥280,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥33,300(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
