Job Description
- Recruitment Background
We are recruiting for this position to strengthen purchasing, inventory, and production management in order to accelerate mass production and sales of our hardware products, including our in-house developed drones.
Your role will support the entire drone production process, from planning and inventory to procurement and export, and will connect with development and accounting to create a system that ensures continuous information flow.
You will be responsible for central operations such as confirming plan consistency, inventory management, schedule adjustments, data management, and export preparation.
This position requires a lot of speedy administrative work, so you can leverage your administrative experience and develop your skills by covering everything from domestic production tasks to export operations.
Main Responsibility
Formulate demand/production plans and adjust schedules/quantities in collaboration with sales and development teams
Check and recover discrepancies between production plans and actual results
Manage a series of administrative tasks from quotation to ordering to receipt to payment
Adjust orders/delivery dates with domestic and overseas suppliers, and recover from delays
Review import-related documents (invoices, packing lists, etc.), inspect incoming products, and arrange for defective replacement and correction
Ensure smooth export handling in collaboration with subcontractors (This includes export operations, but will be supported by the team.)
Inventory management (location/inventory/ (Discrepancy correction)
Pre-shipment inspection and packaging (appearance/accessories/labels/records)
Serial ledger management
Salesforce (order to manufacturing arrangement/shipment) data entry and data reconciliation
Accounting software freee (order/purchase/inventory/sales) data entry and data reconciliation
