  • 主な業務内容

[プロダクト開発のリード]

・新機能開発・新規プロダクト開発プロジェクトのリード

・既存プロダクトの運用保守体制の構築

[開発生産性の向上施策の実行]

・技術的負債解消の調査・施策検討とロードマップの策定

・開発AIツールの導入と推進

・開発プロセスの最適化

[ピープルマネジメント]

・メンバーとの1on1と目標設定、評価

・評価制度の策定

・開発メンバーの採用

・プログラミング言語: C#, Python, Typescript

・バックエンドフレームワーク: ASP.NET Core, FastAPI

求める人物像

  • 応募資格(必須)

・開発チームのマネジメント経験

・言語を問わず、Webアプリケーションフレームワークを使ったバックエンド開発の実務経験(5年以上)

・ビジネスレベルの英語力(会話・読解・ライティング)

  • 応募資格(任意)

・C# + .NET Frameworkでの開発経験

・Typescript + Angularでの開発経験

・Microsoft Azureプラットフォーム上での開発経験

・複数地域をまたがる開発体制でのチームマネジメントの経験

・ビジネス戦略や収支計画を重視した意思決定ができること

・経営陣、エンジニア、ビジネスサイドなど多様なメンバーと協力しながら合意形成されてきた経験
