全国農家のお得意様を定期訪問

農業知識はあとからついてきます

ルート営業とありますが、

売上や数字を意識してノルマ達成に向けて提案するわけではありません。

具体的には、

①当社で研究開発を行っている美味しい野菜の種子を既存のお客様である農家さんにご紹介

②野菜の育ちや収穫について継続的にフォロー

③結果、当社の種子を扱う代理店へのご発注に繋がっていきます。

あなたにお任せしたいのは、

ただ、農家さんに寄り添うことです。

全国には色々な農家さんがいます。

野菜の話になると熱くなる方や「葉っぱがこんな状態なんだけど、見てくれる?」と心配性で優しい方。

あなたには農家さんとの関係を構築し、一緒に作物を育てていくパートナーになってほしいのです。

分からないときは「教えてください」と素直に農家さんに聞いて大丈夫。あなたのまっすぐな人間性が実を結びます。

まるで農業と営業の中間のようなお仕事で、「営業」と一言では語りきれません。

売上や数字はもちろん大切ですが、信頼関係を築いたあとに自然とついてくるものだと考えています。

農家さんや種苗店に対する、自社農場で研究・開発した『野菜の種子』のルートセールス(エリア毎の担当制)

《月の半分は全国各地へ出張》

農家さんや種苗店を1日に数ヵ所回りますが、スニーカーにポロシャツなどラフな格好でOK

自由に予定を立てられるので、お仕事の後は観光などに時間を使っていただいても大丈夫です。

まずは「農業」を体験することから。

実際に畑で、種まきから教えます

社内での商品の流れをお教えします。

野菜の研究開発から、商品になって出荷されるまでの流れを学びます。

色んな先輩に同行して回ります。

半年~1年後には独り立ちするイメージです。

野菜や農業に関する知識はほぼゼロからのスタートでしたが、先輩やお客さんに教えてもらいながら徐々に知識をつけました。

文学部出身で農業の知識は0で入社。研修では野菜ができるまでの過程や新しい品種を作るための交配のことなど、新しい世界を見るのが楽しかったです。

現場では、農家さんから「味がいいね」「品種を変えたら採れる量が増えたよ」など、率直な感想をいただけるのが嬉しいですね。

営業の先輩は優しい方ばかり。家庭の事情なども組んで担当エリアを考慮いただけたり、困ったときにも電話やチャットですぐに助けてくれています。

同行後にご飯をごちそうになることもあり、気軽に相談できる身近な存在です。
