アトラクションのメンテナンス

・オープン前の試運転・点検

・不具合発生時のメンテナンス

▼ショー・パレード制作や

リニューアルにおける技術監修

・レーザーやモーター等の機器類の監修

・フロートカーの設計監修、修繕

・外部業者対応

・保全計画の立案

・他部署連携、プロジェクトの打合せ 等

※OJT期間は経験に応じて異なりますが、

未経験の方の場合、

・オープン前の試運転

・点検

から順番に習得していただきます。

勤務時間・曜日:

07:00~15:45、09:00~17:45、10:30~19:15

●シフトについて

・上記が主なシフトパターンです。

※上記シフトには休憩時間が含まれています。

※イベントや運営時間等により、上記以外のシフトが発生する可能性があります。

※土日祝日出勤あり。

●1か月単位の変形労働時間制

・月の所定労働時間:150時間~172時間30分

・基本実働/7時間30分(実働5時間~10時間)

・休憩/1時間15分

・残業/月0~10時間程度

休暇・休日:

年間110日(月ごとに8~10日の公休日が割り振られます。)
