仕事内容
リフォーム・リノベーションを手がける株式会社ReMoreにて、組織づくりの中核を担う「人事労務」の専任担当を募集します。
成長フェーズにある当社では、単なる管理部門ではなく、「会社の基盤を作る仕事」として、採用・労務・制度設計など幅広い業務をお願いしたいと考えています。
- 主な業務内容
採用業務全般(募集媒体運用、応募者対応、面接設定など)
勤怠・労務管理(勤怠集計、入退社手続き、社労士とのやりとり)
給与計算(社内チェック/freeeの活用)
評価制度・社内ルールの整備(就業規則や社内ガイドライン等)
社内カルチャー・エンゲージメントの強化(仕組みやイベントづくり)
各種書類作成や管理業務(契約書、雇用関連文書など)
※ご経験に応じて業務を調整いたします。
※社内体制や希望に応じて、バックオフィス全般に関わることも可能です。
