主なお仕事

グループ会社5社の労務関連業務

・入社/雇用形態変更手続き、休職/退職手続き

・スタッフの勤怠管理

・定期代支給、清算

・社会保険等加入、喪失手続き

・就労証明書、在籍証明書等の証明書発行

・年末調整、その他労務管理に付随する業務

その他、スタッフからの問い合わせ(電話・メール)対応など

1日のスケジュール(例)

09:45 朝礼

午前業務スタート

・チームMTG(週1回)、

チームリーダーと個別MTG(週1回)

  • 業務進捗報告・情報共有
  • 今週・次週のスケジュール確認等

・スタッフからの問い合わせメール対応

・就労証明書、在籍証明書等の証明書発行

・営業部門の担当者とZoom会議

12:30 休憩(45分間)

午後業務スタート

・定期代申請の確認、申請承認

・退職者の離職票発行

・社会保険喪失手続き(WEB)業務

・翌日以降のスケジュール確認

18:30 業務終了

研修について

OJT形式で隣席に座って2~3か月の研修期間を設けています。

バディ制度を導入しているので、研修期間が終わってもわからないことはすぐ確認できます

給与


年俸 円 ~ 円

支払い方法: 月に1/16ずつ月給として支給し、6、10、12月を賞与として支給

基本給 :206,250円

住宅手当:5,000円~40,000円/月

賞与:基本給✕4か月分

試用期間あり

試用期間の長さ:6ヶ月
