仕事内容
【人事マネージャーの仕事内容】
- 採用業務の全体管理(求人~面接~採用決定までの進行管理)
- 求人媒体の運用・改善(原稿改善、応募数/採用数の管理、媒体選定)
- 面接設計・面接同席(評価観点の統一、採用基準の整備)
- 入社~定着(オンボーディング)の設計・運用
- 労務・総務の業務設計(入退社手続き、勤怠回収フロー、書類管理の仕組み化)
- チームの業務管理・教育(人事メンバー/店舗側との連携含む)
社内の問い合わせ一次受け体制の整備(テンプレ化、ルール化)
「マネージャーって何をするの?」
現場の対応だけでなく、
「誰がやっても回る仕組み」を作って運用し、成果を出すのが役割です。
採用の進捗管理や、テンプレ・チェックリスト化、業務フローの整理など、
人事の仕組み化を一緒に進めていただきます。

給与
年収 円 ~ 円
月給 300000円 ~ 450000円
上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。
みなし残業代:36,000円
みなし残業時間:20.00時間
※試用期間は6ヶ月です。
※長期で働いていただける方を募集しています。
※経験・能力に考慮して決定します。
※みなし残業の設定はありますが基本的には残業はないです。
※年2ヶ月分を目安として賞与支給することがある(会社業績・勤務成績等を考慮し、支給しない場合がある)
