We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director / Executive to lead our pharmaceutical AI solutions initiatives. This role will combine industry expertise, client engagement, and technical leadership to deliver generative AI solutions that address the unique challenges of the pharmaceutical sector.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and delivery of AI solutions tailored to pharmaceutical clients across R&D, commercial, and medical functions.
- Engage with senior stakeholders (C-level, VP-level) in pharmaceutical companies to understand business challenges and design AI-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and data science teams to ensure successful implementation of AI solutions from concept to production.
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding GenerativeX's presence within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Define KPIs, track project performance, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business impact.
- Represent GenerativeX at pharmaceutical industry events, conferences, and client meetings
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, digital transformation, AI, or consulting, including leadership experience.
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical operations, R&D, regulatory requirements, and commercial challenges.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects for enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior pharma executives.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate AI capabilities into business value.
- Japanese business-level proficiency (JLPT N1 preferred) and English fluency
- Experience with AI or data-driven projects in pharma (e.g., drug discovery, clinical operations, sales & marketing).
- Track record of driving AI adoption and transformation initiatives in regulated industries.
- Familiarity with international pharmaceutical operations and global standards.
