Your Role And Responsibilities

先進的なテクノロジー(AR/VR, IoT, Cloudなど)を活用した新しいモバイルソリューションの提案や、それを実現するモバイルアプリとモバイルバックエンドの設計・実装
お客様のDX推進の要となるモバイルアプリとモバイルバックエンドの設計・実装

【業務内容】
プロジェクトのPMやリーダーと協力して、主に以下の業務を担当していただきます。
・モバイルアプリの設計・実装・テストを行い、アプリ開発チームをリードする。
・モバイルに関連する先進的なテクノロジーの動向を把握し、技術的観点から提案チームを支援する。
【具体的な仕事内容】
1) iOS/Androidデバイスを活用して企業ビジネスを効率化、改革するためのソリューション構築
-ソリューション全体の概要設計およびiOS/Androidデバイスとの連携部分の設計
-iOS/Androidアプリ開発およびモバイル・バックエンド・サーバー開発のリード
2) 最先端テクノロジー(人工知能, Analytics, Cloud, など)を活用した新しいモバイル・ソリューションの構築
3) iOS/Androidアプリ開発を伴う企業ビジネス・システムの提案支援

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
・iOSやAndroidアプリを独力で設計・開発・テストできる経験とスキルがある
・Apple App StoreやGoogle Play Store に公開済みのモバイルアプリ、または企業内向けモバイルアプリを複数回開発した実績
・高品質なコードを開発するためのアーキテクチャ、コーディング、テストに関する知識
・Scrum等のAgile開発手法の理解
・フロントエンドから呼びされるバックエンド側のAPIやDBを設計・開発した経験
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
・Agile開発でのリーダーロールの経験、Scrum Master の経験
・SoRの接続まで含めた知識と経験
・スコープや技術的な課題への対策についてのお客様と交渉、調整能力
・実行可能なプロジェクト計画の作成、チームの進捗管理、課題管理能力
