【ゼロから始める、イベントディレクション。あなたの柔軟な発想でクライアントの期待をカタチに】
新商品に関わるセールスプロモーションをはじめ、各種展示会や研修会など、多角的な視点からイベントを成功へと導くバドクリエイト。
クライアントの課題や目的に真摯に向き合い、職人さながらの"妥協しない仕事"で、多くの信頼を獲得してきました。
今後も、多様化するクライアントのニーズに柔軟に応え続けるため、さらなる体制強化を進めていく方針です。
そこで今回は、これまで培ってきた当社のノウハウを活かしながら、チームの一員として一緒に成長していける新たな仲間を募集します
イベントの企画・運営を中心に、クライアント対応から当日の運営まで、幅広い業務をお任せします。
〈具体的には〉
- クライアントのニーズのヒアリング・打ち合わせ
- 実施計画の策定(運営企画の立案、会場選定など)
- 運営マニュアルの作成(運営計画、協力会社の選定、スタッフ手配など)
- イベント当日の運営 など

イベントはゼロから企画・運営することも多く、状況に応じた判断や柔軟な対応が求められる仕事です。
現場で経験を積みながら学び、関係者との信頼関係を築いていくことが、次の案件につながっていきます。
案件ごとにプロモーション内容が異なるため、毎回新鮮な気持ちで業務に携われることがこの仕事の魅力。

〈入社後の流れ〉
まずはアシスタントとして、各種イベントの運営に携わりながら、業務の流れや仕事の進め方を学んでいただきます。
独り立ちするまではOJT研修にて、先輩社員と一緒に業務を進め、徐々に担当できる業務の幅を広げていきます。

勤務時間詳細
総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間
勤務時間:10:30~18:30(休憩1時間)
- メリハリをつけて働けます
忙しい日が続いた場合は、別日の勤務時間を短くするなど、無理のない働き方が可能です。
業務状況に応じて、出社日や勤務時間や休暇も柔軟に調整できます。
