Job Description
As a Back-End Engineer, you'll join a small team of business and creative staff to develop and improve products, mainly using the Go language for back-end development. Your responsibilities will include:
- Selecting technologies, verifying feasibility, and designing architectures
- Planning and developing new products (requirement definition, design, implementation)
- Improving functionality of existing products, including planning, development, and operation of new features
- Providing product development direction
Full-stack candidates are welcome as well, and you will have opportunities to engage in both back-end and front-end development.

Requirements
Must-have
:
- 5+ years of web application back-end development experience
- Experience with Go language development
- Experience in software architecture design and middleware selection
- Familiarity with modern programming languages
Better
:
- Knowledge of design-oriented principles
- Experience in 0 to 1 development
- Agile development experience
- Experience as a scrum master or tech lead
