フリマアプリ「メルカリ」のグロースを支えるための基盤開発を行うエンジニアを募集しております。Growth Platformは、メルペイのみならずメルカリグループ(メルカリ、メルペイ、メルコイン、メルカリShopsなど)のグロースに用いるマーケティングツールや、クーポン、ポイント還元システムなどの開発・運用を行うチームです。チームは以下のサブドメインに分かれており、Product Manager/TechLeadを中心としたそれぞれ5-10人程度のサブチームに分かれて開発を推進しています。
Campaign Platform:内製マーケティングツールの開発
- Incentive Platform:クーポンやポイント付与基盤の開発
- Loyalty Platform:ロイヤリティプログラム基盤の開発
Digital Ad Platform:外部デジタル広告連携基盤の開発

業務内容
- GoによるMicroservice開発、API開発
- Protocol Buffers + gRPC を用いたマイクロサービス間のI/F設計
- ユーザーの行動ログなどの定量的・定性的な分析による施策の効果測定とサービス改善
- アプリケーション要件に基づいたアーキテクチャの設計、ミドルウェアの選定
- マイクロサービスのパフォーマンスチューニング、モニタリング、アラート対応
開発環境
- 開発言語:Go
- インフラ: Google Cloud Platform(Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Spanner, Cloud SQL, Storage, Stackdriver Logging, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, etc.)
- 構成管理ツール: Terraform
- 分析基盤:BigQuery / Looker / Data Studio
- モニタリング:Stackdriver Monitoring / Datadog / PagerDuty / Sentry
- CI/CD:Circle CI / Spinnaker
