What You'll Do
As an Associate Consultant in our Professional Services Division, you'll support mid- to executive-level recruitment across industries like:
- IT & Technology
- Life Sciences
- Engineering & Manufacturing
- B2C / Consumer Goods
- Back Office & SCM Functions
Key responsibilities:
- Headhunt top talent and drive engagement with bilingual professionals
- Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
- Partner with companies to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored talent solutions
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle with autonomy and ownership
After approximately 6–9 months, you will be eligible to step up into a
Senior Associate Consultant
position. You will engage with both clients and candidates to deliver high-impact placements for mid- to senior-level roles.
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual (Business-level Japanese & Conversational English)
- 1+ year of experience in sales, consulting, or client-facing role
- Interest in recruitment, HR, or career development
- Proactive, goal-oriented, open to learning and feedback

Salary & Incentives
- Monthly Salary:
¥273,700 – ¥353,700 + Quarterly Incentives - (Incentives are uncapped and paid according to clearly defined criteria)
