仕事内容
空調衛生設備の施工管理【平均勤続19.8年/パナソニック×トヨタが設立した新会社グループ/大阪府】
【仕事内容】
パナソニック×トヨタが設立したグループのゼネコンにて空調、衛生設備の施工管理をお任せいたします。地域限定が可能なため、転勤は発生いたしません。少数精鋭で風通しの良い社風です。
- 同社にて空調、衛生設備の施工管理をお任せいたします。
【業務内容】
〇オフィスビル、マンション、生産設備、商業施設、文教施設等の空調、衛生設備の施工管理職として従事していただきます。
具体的には下記の業務に従事していただきます。
- 熱源設備、空調設備、衛生設備、給排水設備等の施工管理業務
- 施工管理業務の業務改善
- 品質管理、工程管理、安全管理、予算管理
- 現場での定例会議、本社での工事部会議 等

待遇面(給与・福利厚生など)
【年収・給与】
<予定年収>600万円~850万円(例:30歳~59歳)<月給>24.6万円~※予定年収はあくまでも目安の金額であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。<昇給有無>有<残業手当>有※残業代は残業時間に応じて別途全額支給いたします賞与:年2回(7月/12月)※賞与実績:21年度 4.89か月分【年収例】30歳/590万円、35歳/700万円、40歳/760万円、45歳/850万円※エリア総合職の場合は給与、賞与、退職金がの90%支給となります。

- 家族手当:月10,000円~/子女教育として2,000円~
- 住宅手当:月11,500円~18,000円 ※地域に拠る
