仕事概要


自社ブランドのマーケティング担当。 全国のドラッグストアでも展開が進む自社ブランド商品の運用をお任せします。 「もっと広めたい」「もっと良くしたい」その想いをカタチにできるポジションです。 仕事内容 ・自社ブランド鼻うがい商品の運用全般 ・ECモール運営全般 *自社ECサイト *Amazon *Yahooショッピング *楽天市場 ・・・など ・販売戦略・企画立案 ・広告運用・分析 ・データ分析・PDCA ・社内メンバーとの連携 ・モール各社との交渉・折衝 ・年に数回展示会出展メンバーとして参加 ※現地でお客様と直接交流しながら、商品の魅力を伝えていただきます

応募概要


給与

年収:400万円~520万円(スキルに応じて変動) ※上記金額には固定残業代(45時間分/月)が含まれます。超過分は別途支給します。

09:00~18:00(実働8時間) ・時差出勤制度 AM6:00~AM9:00の間で出勤可能。 始業時刻から休憩時間を除き、8時間経過した時刻に退勤することができます。 ※テレワーク時のみ ・オフピーク通勤制度 AM6:00~AM11:00までの間で30分刻みで出勤時間を調整できます。 ※出社する時のみ 【休日・休暇】 ・年間休日125日以上 ・完全週休2日制(土日) ・祝日 ・慶弔休暇 ・有給休暇 ・GW休暇 ・年次有給休暇 ・産前・産後休暇 ※男女共に取得実績あり復帰率100% ・育児休暇 ※男女共に取得実績あり取得率100% ・介護休暇
