【主な業務】
●専任教務●
文科省認定の登録日本語教員養成機関・登録実践研修機関の運営のための専任教務として従事していただきます。・学習者管理(出席管理、面談等)
・クラス管理(講師・学習者が円滑に授業を行えるようサポート・アドバイスを行う)
・授業管理(カリキュラム・テスト作成、特別授業等の資料作成、成績管理等)
・授業担当(理論、実技、実習の授業に関する宿題・テスト作成・採点、成績入力、会議出席等)
・講師管理(面談、連絡等)
・その他授業に関する業務(講師会議、学習者オリエン等実施等)
・その他、上記弊社事業内容に付随する業務
日本語教員対策講座の企画運営、資料作成、Eラーニングコースの動画チェック、リニューアル作業、資料・レジュメ等の作成
●教務アシスタント●
上記担当責任者、専任教務のアシスタントとして、
簡単な事務作業や資料作成、簡単な校正作業、スケジュール管理、印刷業務などを行っていただきます。

【専任教務】条件 : 大卒以上で以下の①~⑤のいずれかに該当し、かつ日本語教師として3年以上の経験を有すること
①登録日本語教員
②令和6年3月31日までに実施された日本語教育能力検定試験に合格した者
③大学または大学院における日本語教育に関する教育課程修了者
④【文化庁経過措置対象講座】日本語教師養成講座420時間修了者<求めるスキル・経験>
1. 日本語教育に関する高い専門性と実務経験
日本語教師としての実務経験(3年以上目安)をお持ちの方。
カリキュラム運用・教務管理能力
授業を行うだけでなく、学習計画の作成や進行管理、成績評価など、教務全般のルーチンを正確に遂行できる事務処理能力をお持ちの方。
(歓迎)登録日本語教員養成機関等での教務実務や、認定申請に関わる実務経験がある方。講師の育成・マネジメントへの意欲
若手講師の教案添削や模擬授業のフィードバックを通じ、組織全体の指導レベルを底上げすることに喜びを感じられる方。
チームをまとめ、円滑なコミュニケーションを図れるリーダーシップをお持ちの方。受講生に寄り添う高いカウンセリング・スキル
国家資格取得を目指す多様なバックグラウンドを持つ受講生の悩みやキャリア相談に対し、共感的かつ的確なアドバイスができるコミュニケーション能力。変化への適応力と改善マインド

勤務時間・曜日:
【専任教務】(契約社員)※シフトによる週休2日制、 土・日勤務あり
基本シフト①08:30~17:30 ② 9:00~18:00 ③10:00~19:00(休憩1時間)
休憩時間 12:00~13:00、または13:00~14:00など勤務時間内に60分の休憩
1か月単位の変形労働時間制
月所定労働時間(160時間)を超える労働 あり
【教務アシスタント】(パートタイム・アルバイト) 8:30-17:30の時間帯で6時間以上、週3日~、上記基本シフト内の時間帯で応相談のうえ決定
休暇・休日:

年間休日:125日/年
有休20日(1年目は10日間、6カ月目以降使用可)
シフトによる週休2日制、 土・日勤務あり

賞与:会社の業績や個人の業務成績による ※近年、年3か月分程度
