BSA(ビジネスシステムアナリスト)として、Guidewireクラウドプロジェクトを責任を持って滞りなく進めていただきます。また、業務内容には業務分析が含まれます。
職務内容と責任:
- Guidewireクラウドプロジェクトにおけるシステム開発プロセス全体を監督する
- Guidewireクラウドに基づいた業務分析および設計
- 業務上の課題を解決し、リスクを管理する
- プロジェクトチームメンバーに対して業務および分析サポートを提供する

応募条件と資格:
- 日本の顧客向けプロジェクトをベンダー側で参画したご経験(3年以上)
- ステークホルダーマネジメントのご経験
- 業務分析および設計に精通していること
- 顧客課題の解決において、現地のデリバリーチームと協力して業務を遂行できる能力
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力
- 日本語がネイティブレベルであること
歓迎される経験:
- 保険業界または金融サービス業界での経験
- Agile/Leanの経験を持つPMP資格保有者
言語要件:
