【サービスエンジニアとは?】

建物の安全・快適な空間・省エネを守るプロフェッショナルです。

オフィスビル、商業施設、病院、学校など、社会に欠かせない建物の設備を点検し、トラブルを未然に防ぎます。

【主な仕事内容】

1. 設備点検・メンテナンス(建物を"正常に保つ"仕事)

電気・空調・給排水・防災設備などを定期点検し、建物が最適な状態で維持出来るよう管理します。

  • 故障の早期発見でお客様から感謝をもらえる

  • 知識や技術力がどんどん身につくため、経験を積むほど価値が高まる

  • お客様への提案・改善アドバイス(営業的やりがい)

    省エネ対策や設備の修繕や更新の提案など、建物の課題を解決する改善提案も行います。

  • 技術×営業のハイブリッドスキルを習得できる

  • お客様と長期的な信頼関係を築ける

  • 緊急対応(トラブルを解決するヒーロー)

    設備の不具合が起きた際に現場へ駆けつけて原因を特定・応急処置を行います。

月給 250,000円〜310,000円

  • 賞与/年2回(6月、12月)

※交通費別途支給(上限20,000円/月)

給与支給日…15日締め30日支払い (支払日が土日祝の場合は、その前の平日)
