Job Description 部の紹介、概要:
CCデジタル企画室は、コンテンツ・カンパニーのデジタル戦略およびITシステムに関する企画立案と推進を担当しており、「データ」と「デジタル技術」を活用して、コンテンツの価値を最大化する仕組みを構築することをミッションとしています。
経産省のDX定義に基づき、「顧客や社会のニーズを基に、製品やサービス、ビジネスモデルを変革するとともに、業務そのものや、組織のルールや文化・風土 も変革すること」を目指しており、現場のデジタル化やAI導入支援、データ利活用の基盤構築、新たなビジネス機会の創出を、社内外の様々なチームと連携して進めています。 担当業務、責務:
CCデジタル企画室では、業務の一つとして「企業経営者向けプロダクトのシステム企画・開発・保守運用」を行っています。このプロダクトは全国の野村證券のお客様限定のサービスで、4,000社以上の会員様が集う事業推進プラットフォームに成長しています。このプロダクトを通じて、事業推進に役立つ記事の発信や、会員様がビジネスパートナーと出会えるサービスを提供しており、これらのサービスは各種クラウドサービスを組み合あわせてAWS上に構築されています。
当ポジションでは、上記プロダクトのITサービスマネージャーの一員として、複数人のチームで業務遂行することが主なミッションとなります。
  • ビジネス部門からの相談・問合せ対応、障害時の迅速な対応など、日々のビジネスサポートと安定した保守運用
  • 関係者(社内のビジネス部門・IT部署やシステムパートナー等)との緊密なコミュニケーションを通じたプロダクトの改修・改善及びその管理全般
  • コンプライアンス遵守、リスク最小化、高いコスト意識をもった運営管理
  • 非効率な業務があれば見直し、データ利活用や生成AIといった未開拓な領域にもチャレンジし、より良いサービス提供および運営の高度化に向けた企画と実行

    Requirements 求める要件、応募資格:必須要件:
  • システム開発・構築に係るプロジェクトリーダー経験
  • ビジネスアナリスト経験(現行業務のフローやマニュアル整備、問題の分析や解決策の提案など)
  • システム運用に係る管理業務経験(運用設計、ガイドライン整備、各種報告、インシデント対応など)
  • ビジネスチーム、開発チームなど関係者との協力関係の構築経験(コミュニケーション力、ドキュメンテーション力、プレゼンテーション力、リーダシップ、自発性・主体性等のソフトスキル)
  • 日本語ネイティブレベル
    • あれば尚可:
  • ITサービスマネージャー経験、もしくはサービスマネジメントに係る業務経験
  • IT(生成AI、RPAなど)ツールを活用した業務効率化経験
  • プロダクトエンジニア経験(サービス設計、UI/UXデザイン、フロントエンド開発、バックエンド開発など)
  • AWSを活用したインターネット公開システムのインフラ設計・構築・保守運用管理経験
  • 証券業務に関する知識、経験
  • 英語ビジネスレベル
