【職務内容】
DevOps・インフラエンドエンジニアには、顧客の本当の課題やこんなのを求めていたということを実現するために本質的かつ発展性の高い仕組み作りと迅速な改善サイクルを実現する基盤(インフラ)と仕組み(DevOpsのプロセス)を設計・改善・コントロールする重要な役割で、製品のイノベーション・価値を高め、コスト競争力を高める重要な役割を担います。
この挑戦に挑み続けたい方を仲間として増やしたいと考えております。
【具体的には】
・アバントのクラウドサービスにおけるクラウドネイティブアプリケーションのインフラ設計、DevSecOpsの設計・運用設計・実装・改善、コスト最適化の推進
・アプリケーション開発チームと連動したチーム開発のリード
【環境】
・開発言語: C#、JavaScript(AngularJS 等々)、C++
・インフラストラクチャ: Microsoft Azure、Amazon Web service、その他外部サービス
・ミドルウェア:Microsoft SQL Database、Oracle、Azure COSMOS DB、Nginx、Kubernetes(Azure Kubernetes Service)
・構成管理ツール: Azure DevOps
・CI/CD: Azure DevOps、GitHub
・ドキュメンテーション: Confluence、Azure Repos
・その他利用ツール・サービス: Microsoft Teams、Slack 他
【求める人材】
・ 新規技術の習得に対する積極的なモチベーションと行動
・ クラウドネイティブなアーキテクチャ、開発プロセス、CI/CDに関する知識とアプリケーション開発チームとの連携経験(すくなくとも二つ以上)
・ IaaS PaaSレイヤーの各種サービス(Azure AWS)の設計、構築、運用の経験(すくなくとも一つ)
・ 受入品質、出荷品質などのコントロールに関する知識と設計・運用経験
・ DevSecOps、シフトレフトの概念理解と実践(一部でも可)
・ Scrumの理解、アジャイル開発経験

・ ソフトウェアやSaaSビジネス、業種問わず事業を企画または事業推進に従事されたご経験
・ アナリティクス、BI、OLAP、AIモデル、大量データ処理、統計解析を利用したアプリケーションのインプリ(利用)、開発経験
【給与】
年収650~950万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
