【Mission】 〜ECロジスティクスを変革し、日本の未来をスケールする〜 ロジレスが挑むのは、約15兆円規模(2024年度)、成長率3.7%を誇るEC市場です。 今後さらなる拡大が見込まれるこの領域には、属人化や人手不足、物流コストの増加など、多くの課題が存在しています。 私たちは、EC事業者と倉庫事業者の双方の業務を革新し、ECロジスティクス全体の生産性を飛躍的に高めることを目指しています。 この変革は、日本経済や私たちの暮らしを支える社会インフラを進化させる取り組みであり、大きな社会的意義を持つものだと考えています。 この挑戦を、経営基盤の側面から支えてくださる方をお待ちしています。 【会社概要】 ロジレスは、EC自動出荷システム「LOGILESS」の企画・開発・運営・販売を行っています。 「LOGILESS」の最大の特長は、EC事業者と倉庫事業者が同じシステムを利用し、受注から出荷までの一連の業務を一貫して自動化できる点にあります。 OMS(受注管理)とWMS(倉庫管理)を一体化することで、出荷ミスを防ぎながらスピーディな物流を実現し、大幅な業務効率化を可能にしています。 さらに2024年には、大手航空会社ANAと提携した新規事業「ロジレス便」をリリースしました。 空輸とテクノロジーを融合させ、物流業界が抱える人手不足やコスト構造といった課題に挑戦しています。 【数字で見るロジレス】(2025年10月現在) ・取引社数:EC事業者 約1,550社 / 倉庫事業者 約250社(合計 約1,800社) ・従業員数:63名 【募集背景】 私たちは「ECロジスティクスを変革し、日本の未来をスケールする」というミッションのもと、急成長するEC市場に向き合ってきました。 現在、LOGILESSは1,800社以上に導入され、年間約4,000万件の取引を支えるプロダクトへと成長しています。 プロダクトとしてはPMFを越え、事業・組織ともに次の成長フェーズに入っています。 この成長を持続的なものとし、将来の上場を見据えた経営基盤をより強固にするため、 今回、新たに経理メンバーを募集します。 日々の経理実務にとどまらず、上場準備フェーズならではの論点整理や仕組みづくりにも関わりながら、 事業の成長を足元から支えていただけるポジションです。 【お任せしたいこと】 本ポジションでは、上場準備フェーズにおける開示対応および連結決算業務を中心にお任せする想定です。 一方で、事業・組織の成長に伴い、経理業務全般を幅広く担っていただく可能性もあります。 具体的には、以下のような業務を想定しています。 ・上場に向けた開示資料作成および開示体制の構築・運用 ・連結決算業務 ・月次/四半期/年次決算対応 ・B/S・P/Lの作成および管理 ・上場準備業務(内部統制、監査対応 等) ・経理業務全般(事業フェーズに応じて) ※使用会計システム:勘定奉行 【経理チームへのインタビュー記事】

上場企業or同等水準の会社(上場準備会社含む)にて経理として開示書類作成業務に携わったご経験

応募概要


給与

年収550万円〜700万円 ※ご経験・スキル、および選考での評価に応じて、ミドル(550〜700万円)またはシニア(700〜800万円)のいずれかのグレードで採用を検討いたします。
