<業務詳細>

東京海上日動火災保険(株)、および東京海上グループ向け基幹業務システムにおけるネットワーク構築に関わる、以下の職務を担います。

<具体的な仕事内容>

・東京海上グループの基幹システムの業務プロセスを理解し、最適なネットワーク環境を整える。

これに必要な、提案、設計、構築、運用、体制整備を主導する。

・業界のネットワーク技術動向を把握し、東京海上グループのネットワーク戦略を計画、立案、実行する。

・LAN、WAN、構築や工事等の調達、構成、スケジュールの妥当性を評価し、最適な運営を主導する。

・ネットワーク領域におけるトラブルや開発における技術的課題解決を主導する。

【求める人材】

<求めるスキル、経験【必須】>

必須とする業務経験、知識以下全て

■ネットワーク関連

・数百拠点、数千台、数百NWセグ以上のエンタープライズネットワークの提案、設計経験

・5年以上のNWの構築、運用の現場経験、CCNP相当のコンフィグレーション知識

・2年以上の事業会社の客先常駐経験(常駐内容はネットワークに限らない)

・WAN回線に関する通信業界のルールや事情に関する業界知識

・クラウド業者との閉域接続、Internet接続等の設計経験

■マネジメント関連

・60人月以上のシステム基盤開発案件(ネットワーク以外も含めて)のプロジェクトマネジメント経験

・RFP、RFIに関する実務経験

・開発、運用等の業務プロセス改善に関する提案、推進経験
