仕事内容:

大手科学機器メーカーのサプライチェーン本部で、マスタデータ管理をお願いします。

主に、顧客・製品・ベンダーのマスタ登録・保守(3つのERP使用)、社内報告レポート作成、SOP(手順書)の整備・更新をお任せします。

Power Platformや高度なExcelスキルを活用した業務プロセスの自動化・改善提案も期待されるポジションです。

※業務習得後は週2日(水・木固定)の在宅勤務も可能です。

※電話対応は無く、社内のやり取りはTeams電話会議、チャット、メール、対面で行います。

・顧客情報等の登録・保守(専用システム・Excel使用)

・データ登録に関する社内報告レポートの作成

・マニュアルSOP作成・更新

・既存業務プロセスの課題抽出と改善提案
