ハウスキーピングマネージャーに期待される役割 ・ハウスキーピングスタッフが常に卓越したゲストサービスが提供できるようにチームを監督します。

・お客様および社内顧客からの苦情や問い合わせに、丁寧かつ効率的に対応し、問題が確実に解決されるよう徹底します。

・主要業績指標( KPI )に基づいて積極的にコスト管理を行います

・客室部門の年間事業計画や予算を作成します。

・客室備品、清掃用品、印刷物、客室用文房具、リネンなどの在庫管理をします。

・客室に適切なウェルカムアメニティやその他のアメニティが用意されていることを確認します。

・関連他部門と緊密に連携し、メンテナンスの必要があれば速やかに対応しますなど

給与 月給 500,000 円 ~ 608,000 円 (想定年収 6,000,000 円 ~ 7,296,000 円)

*試用期間 3 ヶ月あり。給与は本採用時と同じ給与を支払います。

Expected Responsibilities of the Housekeeping Manager ・ Supervise the housekeeping team to ensure consistently excellent guest service is delivered.

・ Respond to guest and internal customer complaints or inquiries courteously and efficiently, ensuring all issues are resolved thoroughly.

・ Proactively manage costs based on key performance indicators (KPIs).

・ Prepare the annual business plan and budget for the Rooms Division.

・ Manage inventory of guestroom supplies, cleaning materials, printed items, stationery, linens, and related items.

・ Ensure appropriate welcome amenities and other guestroom amenities are provided as required.

・ Work closely with relevant departments to promptly address any maintenance needs in guest rooms.

Salary

・ Monthly salary:
¥500,000 – ¥608,000 (Annual income: ¥6,000,000 – ¥7,296,000)

・ Includes a 3-month probation period. Salary remains the same during this period.

Qualifications

応募資格 ・3年以上のハウスキーピング実務経験のある方

・コンピュータースキル ( Opera の知識があれば望ましい)

・チームワーク、協調性・コミュニケーション能力のある方

・日常会話レベルの英語力

Qualifications

・Minimum 3 years of hands-on housekeeping experience

・Computer skills (knowledge of OPERA is a plus)

・Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills

・Conversational-level English ability
