大阪市北区曽根崎新地にある近畿住設株式会社で、スーパーバイザーとしてアルバイトスタッフの管理・教育を担当します。アポ済み顧客の電話調整と、アポインタースタッフへの指導・シフト管理が主な業務で、営業未経験でも安心してスタートできます。

C. 09:00~19:00(※1時間残業した場合、別途残業代支給)

完全週休二日制

営業会社ですが、夜遅くまで残ることはありません。

残業含めても19:00には退社ができる環境です。

固定残業代あり:月給¥302,500以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥35,000(22時間相当分)を含む。22時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

◎等級制により上限の20等級で固定給600500円さらに高額インセンティブ
