そんな想いを持つ、あなたを募集します。
お任せするのは、空き地やビルの屋上でイチゴ栽培を可能にする「コンテナシステム」をご案内する「販売スタッフ」。お客様は「新しい事業を始めたい」という企業や投資家の方々。無理に売るのではなく、このシステムの仕組みや魅力をあなたの言葉で伝えることが大切です
【具体的な仕事内容】
「イチゴコンテナ」の魅力を伝え、導入をサポートするお仕事です。
お問い合わせへの対応 「テレビやネットで見たけど、これ何?」「いくらで始められるの?」といったお問い合わせに対し、メールや電話で丁寧にお答えします。
ショールームでの実演・案内 ショールームに来店されたお客様へ、実際にコンテナの中を見せながら「どうやってイチゴが育つのか」を説明。実際にイチゴを試食してもらいながら、感動を共有します
導入プランの作成サポート 「ここに置くなら何台くらい?」「どれくらいの収益になる?」といったお客様の疑問に対し、先輩と一緒にプランを考えて提案します。
契約事務・フォロー 導入が決まった後の書類作成や、納品までのスケジュール調整。お客様が新しい事業を無事にスタートできるようサポートします。
※ 未経験でも安心 まずはシステムの仕組みを知ることからスタート。20代〜30代の先輩たちが、専門用語を使わずにイチから教えるので、1ヶ月もすれば自信を持って案内できるようになります
