The Job Responsibilities

業務上の全てのステークホルダーとより良いコミュニケーションを続けて、信頼を得て業務をスムーズに進めます。
Tasks and Responsibilities
1.顧客サイトでの点検・修理作業
SOPに従って、見積作成、受注、顧客との日程調整、診断、点検、修理、及びレポート等のフィールドサービス業務を実施する。
2.売上目標の達成
顧客の要求を考慮して、点検・修理の提案、受注、作業を行い、売り上げ目標を達成する。サービス対象を明確にするため、データ管理を徹底する。営業およびバックオフィスと協力し活動する。
3.クレーム対応
営業部、品質保証部と協力して顧客からのクレーム対応を行う。
4.TSB(リコール)対応
技術的な改修作業(TSB)の実施(全ての担当機器は完了期日を厳守すること)
5.コミュニケーション及び協業
顧客または販売代理店から信頼を得るサービス提供とコミュニケーションを行う。営業およびバックオフィスと協力し活動する。
6.サービスKPI(生産性)
タイムマネージメントを行い、生産性の高い業務を目指す。
7.トレーニング・教育
メンテナンス業務に必要な技術トレーニングの受講を通して、質の高い技術を習得する。

Education
専門学校卒以上、または同等の知識
Related Experience
【必須】
・3年以上の顧客対応を含む就業経験
【尚可】
・フィールドサービスの経験
・機械や電気の専門職
Skills, Special Competencies, or Certifications
【必須】
・ネイティブレベルの日本語
・自己管理(タイムマネージメント、生産性、マインドセット、やる気、忍耐力)
・顧客対応に必要なコミュニケーション能力
・チームワーク活動
・ 第一種運転免許
・Word/Excel等の基本的なPCスキル
・屋外作業、高所作業が行える

Annual income
前職経験・給与・能力を考慮の上、決定いたします。
・賞与制度有 年1回3月末支給

・勤務拠点:ドレーゲルジャパンの各サービス拠点
※フレックスタイム制適用

・退職金制度:あり
・年間有給休暇:初年度10日(7月入社以降入社時期に応じて 8日~1日)
翌年度以降11日~20日間、リフレッシュ休暇、年末年始休業あり
・年間休日:120日以上
