仕事内容


電力会社のコールセンターで受信業務

お引越しや契約に関する「電気のお手続き」の受付をお願いします。

  • お客様からの問い合わせ内容(例)

・「引越すので電気を止めたい」

・「新しく電気を使いたい」

・「契約者名義を変更したい」

・「引越日が変わったので開始日を変更したい」

・「引越自体がなくなったのでキャンセルしたい」 など

  • お仕事の流れ

1)フォーマットに沿って、お客様から必要な情報をヒアリング

(住所や契約者名など、決まった項目を聞くだけ)

2)聞いた内容をシステムへ入力

3)その他、簡単なPC操作あり

  • ポイント

・対応内容はほとんど決まっているので安心

・「申込の受付」がメインで、難しいご案内や営業トークはナシ

・PC入力ができれば未経験でも始めやすいお仕事です
