お仕事の内容

\大手電力会社の事務のお仕事/

法人のお客さまからの、契約内容の変更や

申込みに伴う事務業務をお願いします。

具体的には…

・契約内容をシステムへ入力

・契約書や通知書の作成 など

配属チームにより、お客さまや電気工事業者さまとの電話対応もございます。

※入社後すぐに架電対応はありませんが、

「キャリアップにより架電が発生するチーム」と

「入社数か月後に架電を担当するチーム」がございます。

(適性等により、配属チームを決定します。)

  • 特別なPCスキルは必要ナシ
  • ノルマやセールスはナシ
  • 管理者が近くに座っているので、

分からないことがあればすぐに相談可能

最短8か月で時給制から月給制社員へ登用

※登用の条件※

・週5日(40時間)の契約時間維持

・勤怠良好(欠勤率、遅刻率、早退率が各5%以下)

・所属チームの基本的な業務を概ね単独で遂行できる
