家庭用品のルートセールススタッフ/福岡市博多区/未経験者歓迎/テレワーク可
- 福岡で働こう地域密着型営業で安定とやりがいを手に入れる
スタッフからの引継ぎもありますので、業界未経験者でもOK
業績拡大に繋げるため、現有商品の西日本地区(特に九州地区)におけるシェアアップを目指し、卸売会社・小売店に向けた営業活動に取り組んでいただきます。(基本的には、ルートセールスが中心です)
当社の企業理念を理解し、テレワークを基本とした新しい営業活動の下で新たなチャレンジができる、次世代の管理職候補としての役割にも期待しています。加えて、「アイデアメーカー」としての当社の立ち位置を広げるべく、開発部門とのリレーションを深め担当販売チャネルに合わせた「商品企画」にも携わることも可能です。
※引継ぎもあり、万が一分からないことが発生しても、先輩スタッフや本部がフォローできる体制を整えておりますので、ご安心ください
※経験等を考慮し、まずはスタッフとの同行から始めていきます。その後、徐々に慣れてきましたら企業先の選定を行い担当を決定しようと考えております。訪問先はすでに取引している顧客先ばかりなので、前任のスタイルを継承しつつご自身のカラーで徐々に染め上げていってください
※テレワーク導入済み。OJT、引継ぎが終了後、様子を見ながら徐々にテレワークに移行させていく予定です。(週2~3日をテレワークとして取り入れているスタッフが多いです)
※業務上使用するノートPC、携帯電話等は当社より支給します。

- 普通自動車免許 必須(AT限定可)※社有車での移動が中心です。
- 大卒以上

- スーパーやホームセンターなどへ本部商談の経験をお持ちの方
接客・販売・サービス業など人と関わる仕事の経験をお持ちの方
