Job Description Summary
<主な担当業務>

担当顧客を理解し関係の構築と、ソリューション活動を生かして担当製品の営業を行う。

  • 市場特性を理解し、顧客との関係を構築する
  • 担当地域(Zone/Block)における戦略を着実に遂行する
  • 受注・売上、利益、市場シェアの最大化と、製品及びソリューションの提供による高い顧客満足の獲得
  • チームおよび会社のリソースを最大限活用した、良好かつ長期的な顧客関係の構築
  • CT/MR/Rad/Mammography :製品説明およびプレゼンテーション、フォローアップなどの策定・実施
  • MI/Intervention/Surgery/ヘルスケアデジタル : 基本的な製品説明、顧客担当としてMSS(Modality Sales Specialist)のサポートを行い、顧客訪問、フォローアップなどの策定・実施
  • 顧客担当として商談の鍵となる決裁者の情報等を含む顧客情報の作成・記録・メンテナンス - 情報ツールの活用により、市場情報(競合他社情報を含む)を把握し、戦略の策定・実施を行う
  • PMO(Project Management Office: 医療機器の設置導入担当チーム)との協働によるPost-Salesのプロセスの効率化
  • 地域販売店の関係構築により、効率良い営業モデルを実行
  • One GEヘルスケアとして、超音波、PCS (Patient Care Solutions: 麻酔器、生体モニター等の機器)エジソンソリューション(コマンドセンター、APM、CPM)を含む、営業/技術担当者と協力し、ソリューション構築/提供に貢献する
