エレベーター、エスカレーター等昇降機の新設・改修工事の施工管理業務に携わって頂きます。具体的には、工事工程管理、協力会社管理監督・施工・搬入計画、施工中の安全管理・進捗管理、引き渡し等、ビルの建設スケジュールに合わせて工事計画を進めて頂きます。限られた工期の中で、円滑に業務を遂行頂く為、営業・発注元・協力会社等多くの方と関わり、コミュニケーションを図りながら仕事を進める事が重要となります。

◆仕事の流れ

▽事前打ち合わせ(着工2ヵ月前)
お客さまと、設置・組立工事の内容や工程などに関して事前打ち合わせを行います。

▽工事手配(着工1ヵ月前)
フィールドパートナー(据付業者)と現場打ち合わせや必要機材を手配します。

▽着工~
現場が動き出したら、担当現場を回って進捗等を管理。案件の規模によっては、現場に常駐する場合もあります。

▽引き渡し
お客さまへの引き渡し前に、製品が正常に動くか、誤作動を起こさないか、最終チェックを実施。お客様に安心で安全な商品を提供いたします。

※事前打ち合わせから引き渡しまで、おおむね3~4ヵ月ほどです。

電気工事士や施工管理技士などの資格取得に関する費用は会社負担。また、資格取得にあたり必要とされる実務経験も積めます。通信教育制度も手厚く、働きながらの資格取得が可能です。

時間:08時45分〜17時30分

時間外労働:あり(月平均35時間)
36協定における特別条項あり(納期工期の逼迫や突発的な事由が発生した場合、年6回を限度に月75時間、年540時間まで延長できる)
賃金:220,000 円〜400,000 円(月額)
昇給あり:昇給率 1月あたり4.3%(本年度実績)
賞与あり:賞与月数 計6.29ヶ月分(前年度実績)

・将来的には転勤の可能性あり。(勤務地ブロック制度あります)
・賃金は経験、スキル、前職の年収を考慮します。
・有給休暇は入社時に付与します:前職の付与日数を考慮します
・2024年度全社平均有給取得日数:14日間
