ビジネスの最前線から経営上の意思決定の支援まで、幅広く事業・経営を法務面でサポートします。

【携わる事業・ビジネス・サービス・製品など】

■DSSセクターは、日立製作所の連結売上収益の約25%、約2.6兆円(2023年度実績)規模の事業で、国内外従業員数約10.6万人で構成されています。

具体的には、下記ビジネスユニット(以下、ビジネスユニット)と主要グループ会社で構成されています。

・金融ビジネスユニット:メガバンク、保険、証券、地域金融機関等向けに、ミッションクリティカルな基幹系システムを構築・運用及び新たな金融ソリューションを開発・提供。

(*金融システム:銀行・保険・証券向けIT/地域金融機関向けIT *電子決済サービス *ATMマネージドサービス)

・社会ビジネスユニット:公共、電力、交通分野など社会インフラシステムの構築・運用で培ったノウハウと最新のテクノロジーを組み合わせ、安心、安全なサービスを支援。

(*公共システム:官公庁・自治体IT *社会インフラ向けシステム:電力・交通・通信キャリア向けIT *ディフェンスシステム:防衛・航空宇宙・セキュリティ向けIT及び装備 *制御システム)

・サービス&プラットフォームビジネスユニット:Lumadaにテクノロジーを集約し、高度なサービスを実現する共通基盤をデジタルソリューションとしてグローバルに提供。

【募集背景】

日立はIT、OT(Operational Technology)、プロダクトを組み合わせたソリューションで、お客さまのイノベーションを支えています。

そのような環境ですので、取引が複雑化・多様化し、契約締結交渉が重要となっており、また、紛争も複雑化・大規模化しています。

そこで企業理念に共感し、IT事業を深く理解しながら事業部門と連携し、契約締結局面や紛争局面において、法的交渉やその前提としての事実把握・法的分析・法的戦術立案等に対応することで、日立の成長を支えていただける方を募集いたします。

【職務概要】

法務スタッフ(マネージャー候補)として、システムインテグレーション、クラウドサービス、生成AIまで幅の広い日立のIT事業の企業法務全般を担当して頂きます。

【職務詳細】

1.システム開発契約、ライセンス契約、クラウドサービス提供契約を中心とした契約に関する相談への対応

2.法律相談への対応

3.国内外における争訟対応

4.国内外におけるM&A対応 (上記1.-4.の各種対応における交渉支援・交渉同席を含む)

5.コーポレートガバナンス対応

6.契約、法令及び規制並びにコーポレートガバナンスの教育

1.デジタルシステム&サービス統括本部 法務本部は約20名、そのうち今回配属予定の契約法令グループは15名で構成されています。

応募資格

【必須条件】

下記いずれか必須

・外販向けIT事業における企業法務として、国内外の契約書レビュー経験をお持ちの方(目安:10年以上)

・法律事務所でIT事業の企業法務支援に関する弁護士業務経験をお持ちの方(目安:10年以上)

【歓迎条件】

・法的交渉対応(交渉同席を含む)の経験

・海外法務についての経験

・部下や後輩の指導経験

■想定月給:463,000〜605,000円

■想定年収:7,800,000〜10,300,000円

8:50〜17:20(実働7時間45分、休憩45分)
