美容クリニック『THE CLINIC』のSNS運用を通して、来院数増加に貢献。美しくなりたいゲストの背中を後押しします。
――SNSについて――
InstagramやX(旧Twitter)、YouTubeで、「施術事例の紹介」「ドクター個人」「各院」など複数種類のアカウントを展開中。ドクター個人・各院のInstagramをメインに、SNSの運用をお任せします。
――仕事の流れ――
▼施術事例・その他情報発信
週2回ほど、Instagramに施術事例を投稿します。Instagramのストーリー、Xなどは毎日投稿。ライブ配信は週1回ほど行ないます。週1回のミーティングで、協力会社のマーケティング担当者と相談しながら、ドクターの人柄を伝えてブランディングを考えたり、ドクターからの要望を提案したりします。
▼撮影準備
ドクターの施術や、ゲストのモニター撮影をスマホで実施。モニター撮影では、協力会社のマーケティング担当者からの「カメラを○台使って、複数の角度から撮影をお願いします」といった指示通りにセッティングします。
▼撮影対応
1件あたりの撮影時間は10~20分。「施術を受けようと思ったきっかけ」「当クリニックを選んでいただいた理由」などをインタビューします。撮影後はネットワークドライブにゲストの情報と共に格納しましょう。
▼コンテンツの編集・管理
デザインソフト『Canva』を使って画像素材などを編集し、SNSに投稿します。フォーマットがあるので、編集経験のない方もご安心ください。
※学会の撮影、YouTubeのコラボ撮影などで外に出たり、動画に顔出しで出演することもあります。予めご了承ください。
※動画は協力会社のマーケティング担当者が作成します。また、撮影台本も作成してもらえるため安心です。

応相談,月,火,水,木,金,土,日,祝日,有給,年始,慶弔,特になし(シフト制などによる) この美容クリニックでは、年間116日の休日があり、シフト制で月9日の休みが設定されています。年始休暇は1月1日から3日まで、慶弔休暇や産前・産後休暇、育児休暇も取得可能です。また、リフレッシュ休暇として年5日が付与され、希望休は月3日まで取得できますが、繁忙期には調整が必要です。
