As an R&D Project Management Intern, you will support cross-lingual communication and coordination among development, planning, art, and engineering teams in a bilingual (Japanese-Chinese) environment. Your primary responsibility will be translation of development-related materials and interpretation during meetings. This is a valuable opportunity to gain real-world experience in game production workflows and project operations.

開発PMチームの一員として、主に翻訳・通訳サポート業務を通じて、日中バイリンガル環境下でのゲーム開発プロジェクトの円滑な進行を支援していただきます。開発ドキュメントの翻訳や会議通訳を中心に、ゲーム制作の実務を体験できるポジションです。

仕事内容

● ゲーム開発に関する資料(仕様書、タスクシート、バグ報告書、議事録など)の日中翻訳(必要に応じて英語対応あり)

● 社内会議における逐次通訳・要約通訳の実施

● PM(プロジェクトマネージャー)のもとで、スケジュール管理、タスク進捗の追跡、資料作成補助などのプロジェクト運営業務のサポート

● 中国と日本の開発チーム間における言語的・文化的な橋渡しとしてのコミュニケーション支援

● 翻訳資料・ナレッジベースの整理・管理

● その他、開発PMチームが必要とする臨時的な調整・補助業務

Responsibilities

1.  Translate game development documents (specs, reports, task sheets, bug lists, etc.) between Japanese and Chinese; English translation as needed

2.  Provide interpretation support during internal meetings (consecutive or summary translation)

3.  Assist project managers in tracking tasks, managing timelines, and preparing briefings

4.  Communicate with development teams across China and Japan, ensuring accurate cross-language information flow

5.  Maintain and organize project documents, translation archives, and knowledge bases

6.  Support ad hoc project coordination tasks assigned by the PM team

Who We Look For

応募条件

● 日本語&中国語、または日本語&英語で、ビジネスレベル以上での読み書き・会話能力を有する方(英語対応可能であれば尚可)

● ゲーム開発用語や技術的な内容を理解し、正確な翻訳・要約ができる方

● 情報整理能力・文章作成力に優れ、他チームとの円滑な連携が取れる方

● ゲーム開発プロセスやプロジェクト管理への関心が高く、成長意欲のある方

● Officeツール(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)の操作に慣れている方

● 週3日以上、3ヶ月以上勤務可能な方(応相談)

● 日本での留学・生活経験、またはゲーム業界での就業経験がある方は歓迎

Who We Look For

1.  Business-level proficiency in Japanese and Chinese, or Japanese and English (reading/writing/speaking);

2.  Strong translation and communication skills; ability to understand technical/game development terminology

3.  Detail-oriented, highly organized, with good summarization and cross-functional coordination skills

4.  Deep interest in game development, project management, or localization

5.  Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

6.  Able to commit to at least 3 days per week, for 3 months or more

7.  Preferred: experience living or studying in Japan / previous internship in gaming or tech
